My Night Out

I actually had a night out. WOW! It has literally been months since I went out on the town. I went to Channelside with some friends. The Steeler fans were out in full force. It was comforting to me as the ex husband is a die hard Steelers fan. I had a blast for the most part. My girlfriend consumed all of the shots that I politely declined and the end of the night consisted of me trying to pry her from filthy floor of the Splitsville bathroom. We were hanging out with her co-workers, so I hope things aren't so bad for her on Monday morning.

My Boring Life

The bf offered to take me to the comedy improv tonight, but then conveniently "lost" his tickets and made plans to race with his friends. The little one decided to sleep over at a friend's house. I guess that leaves me on the couch watching t.v., eating pizza, and getting fatter.....

The World is Kicking My Ass

I am feeling the effects of my schedule today. I have an important meeting at work and the little one has an important doctor's appointment. I didn't realize the confict when scheduling. My boss is tough, I feel like any minor mistake and he will fire me. My daughter really needs to go to this appointment though. I don't know what to do. I really need to be at this meeting..........

The Ex

So, I was able to contact the current husband that I have not seen in three years who lives across the country. What a great guy. I am sorry things didn't work out. We im'd for a couple of hours last night and made plans to finally file for divorce. I guess we shouldn't get along so well by society's standards, but we will always be close.

Just Another Day

Today is going to be a good day. I feel that the meds are finally working, I have completed all of my homework assignments and work is going to be a breaze.
